QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, INFORMATION SECURITY AND SERVICE MANAGEMENT POLICY
In [ts] taisa Syvalue, we are aware that in achieving the objectives of our company, we do not pursue exclusively the economic benefit, but our purpose is to provide our customers with a quality service and pay special attention to the environmental impact that our activity produces. the environment. In order to achieve our objectives, we have established and implemented an Integrated Quality, Environmental, and Service, Management System based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015, ISO / IEC 27001: 2013 and UNE ISO / IEC 20000-1: 2011, respectively.
Therefore, we commit ourselves to:  
  • Satisfy the current and future needs and expectations of our customers in terms of service, price and quality so that they continue to trust us as their usual provider.  
  • Obtain from the providers and subcontractors of Taisa Syvalue benefits coherent with our Policy, making them feel participants of our activities through the knowledge of our needs and requirements.  
  • Our Technical Department with extensive experience in the sector, will be at your disposal and will always collaborate with the Commercial Management, so that, should unforeseen events arise, these will be solved as quickly as possible.
